Fisher Space Pen Astronaut AG7

About the Fisher Space Pen AG7 Astronaut Pens

AG7 The Astronaut pen that went to the Moon!
When astronauts started to explore the reaches of outer space, Paul Fisher realised that no existing pen could perform in its zero-gravity vacuum and temperature extremes. His common sense approach and practical experiments resulted in the invention of the sealed- pressurised Fisher Space Pen ink cartridge.AG-7 "Anti-Gravity" Space Pen. After rigorous testing, NASA selected the Fisher Space Pen for use on all of the Apollo missions. They are still used on manned flights in outer space.
The AG-7 Space Pen series are all metal, 10mm diameter, 130mm long, with a side button release mechanism.

In July 1969, the Apollo 11 space mission used the Fisher Space Pen to fix an arming switch that had been broken and was crucial to bringing back the Astronauts safely back to earth.
