Making A Purchase
All prices are in UK pounds sterling (£).
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our
store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the
shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click
on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that
we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card and debit payment. You may send your
credit card information via phone or over the Internet.
DO NOT USE EMAIL TO SEND YOUR CARD DETAILS.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate
that we have received your order. It does not indicate that
a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of
your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send
you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in
the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have
inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able
to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case
of a change of price, we will always contact you first to
ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And
Handling All UK orders over
£5.00 are sent 1st class post for FREE. Orders under £5.00
are subject to £1.50 carriage.
The postage cost for all international orders will be
calculated at the checkout.
You can request guaranteed next day delivery. This is an
extra £4.00 Monday to Thursday or £6.00 on Friday to get it
Saturday. This is only available on telephone orders.
All in stock items are normally dispatched within 24hours of
purchase
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days. If
there is a problem we will let you know.
All items will be sent Royal Mail 1st class mail. We do not
use couriers.
We can not deliver to PO Box addresses without prior
arrangement.
Please ensure that you give us the full and correct delivery
address including post code.
We can not be held resposible for post going missing due to
the delivery details being incorrect or incomplete.
Items that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery
address details will not be re-issued free of charge as we
will not be able to make a claim from Royal Mail. |
Delivery Schedule
Orders placed for instock items before 2.00pm are generally
despatched the same day.
With the exception of special orders we will normally send
your order to you within 5 business days.
If we are unable to meet this time schedule we will try to
let you know as soon as we can. |

of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will

Returns Policy
We will offer a full refund, repair or replacement service
for any faulty goods purchased from The Pen Zone.
If you change your mind or you are unhappy with your
purchase, you may return them to us in their original resale
able condition (unused and in their box with instructions)
for a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. This time
is extended during November and December due to the goods
being for Christmas gifts.
The value of your refund will be the transaction price
stated at the time of your order less any postage costs you
are charged.
Any missing contents, damage to items or packaging will be
deducted from the refund accordingly. We are unable to
refund or exchange refills that have been opened as these
are not resaleable. Please check carfully before opening the
packaging.
Please ensure you use the correct postage when returning
goods. Insufficiant postage will sometime result in the
package getting lost in the post. In this instance we will
be unable to credit you or exchange your goods. A first
class stamp is insufficiant to return any item we sell
including 1 refill. This will require at least a large
letter stamp. Please check with your post office.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer.
ALL Returns must be sent back to us via "Royal Mail, Special
Delivery" or "Recorded Delivery" (this ensures a tracking
number). Proof of postage does not mean proof of receipt.
We can only offer refunds on the same card used for the
purchase.
Engraving - Once an order has been confirmed we are unable
to give refunds or cancel orders which include engraving
When returning goods please include your full details and
reason for return for a prompt refund.
Postage costs for returns are the responsibility of the
customer.
